Durham Regional Police have launched an Oshawa homicide investigation after a person was found dead Saturday evening near Simcoe Street North and Winchester Road East.
Police confirmed the death is being treated as a homicide, though investigators have released limited details as the Oshawa homicide investigation remains in its early stages.
