The Oshawa Ritson Road closure is affecting traffic around Bond Street East while Durham Regional Police investigate a collision on Saturday, October 31.
Police reported that northbound and southbound traffic cannot use Ritson Road North at the intersection. The restriction also affects westbound traffic on Bond Street.
Drivers asked to choose another route
