The DCDSB strategic plan survey is open as the Durham Catholic District School Board develops priorities for the years ahead.
Students, families, staff, parishes, statutory and advisory committees and community partners can submit feedback until Friday, October 16.
Survey will shape education priorities
The board says responses will help create a shared vision for Catholic education across Durham Region. The Multi-Year Strategic Plan will guide board priorities and direction.
Under the Ontario Education Act, the plan is intended to promote student achievement and well-being, support an inclusive and accepting school climate and help prevent bullying.
The plan will also support stewardship of board resources and delivery of appropriate education programs. DCDSB says its Catholic faith will be embedded throughout the process.
