Police are searching for Oshawa bank fraud suspects following an incident involving stolen banking information at a local financial institution.
According to Durham Regional Police, the investigation began after two male Oshawa bank fraud suspects attended the TD Bank branch located at 22 Stevenson Road South on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, at approximately 1:55 p.m.
Police say the Oshawa bank fraud suspects attempted multiple unauthorized transactions using stolen banking credentials. Investigators confirmed that the suspects successfully withdrew approximately $1,600 and completed several additional fraudulent transactions at other locations using the same compromised banking information.
Suspect Descriptions
Police have released descriptions of the two Oshawa bank fraud suspects:
• First suspect:
Male, White, approximately 30 to 40 years old, large build. He was wearing a black, yellow, and white toque with a Chevrolet logo, a black jacket, a grey, white, and black scarf, and blue jeans.
• Second suspect:
Male, White, approximately 40 to 50 years old, medium build. He was wearing a dark-coloured toque and a black winter jacket with a fur-lined hood.
Investigators believe the Oshawa bank fraud suspects may have information linked to additional fraudulent transactions carried out across the region.
Police Appeal for Public Help
Authorities are asking anyone who was near the TD Bank between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2025, to review cellphone, dash cam, or surveillance footage that may assist in identifying the Oshawa bank fraud suspects.

Police remind residents that the allegations against the Oshawa bank fraud suspects have not been proven in court.
