The Ajax Council pumpkin giveaway takes place tonight, Wednesday, October 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Audley Recreation Centre.
The town-run event will be held in the Community Hall, with visitors directed to Entrance C at 1955 Audley Road.
Families can receive one pumpkin each, supplied by Wintermere Sod Growers & Winter Farm Vegetables, while quantities last. Tote bags are available for the first 150 attendees.
Family activities and sensory zone
The town’s event listing includes themed refreshments, nut-free trick-or-treating organized by local groups, photo opportunities and a photo booth.
A sensory zone will offer soft play, crafts and a snoezelen cart. The town describes the event as accessible for all.
Refreshments, like pumpkins, are available while supplies last. The Ajax Council pumpkin giveaway is scheduled to finish at 8 p.m.
