Whitby's Santa Claus Parade returns December 5 at 10 a.m. with the 2026 theme A True North Christmas. The Optimist Club of Brooklin organizes the event, which brings more than 50 participating organizations to the Brock Street route.
The organizer says the procession starts at Brock Street North and Manning Road, travels south on Brock and ends at Trent Street. Spectators should use sidewalks and boulevards. Road access to Brock between Manning and Burns is closed for the parade.
Parade-entry registration is shown as sold out; that is a notice for participating organizations, not a statement that spectators need tickets. The organizer suggests bringing letters to Santa and non-perishable food donations.
