Scugog's Santa Claus Parade is scheduled for December 5 at 5 p.m., with the current Sideroads of Scugog listing naming the theme Under the Christmas Tree. That differs from the older theme in the regional parade roundup, so the current event listing takes precedence.
The listed starting location is Port Perry Fairgrounds at 15835 Old Simcoe Road. The organizer's preview describes floats, lights, oversized toys and music, with an event window ending at 6 p.m. Families should check the final route and viewing arrangements before heading to the fairgrounds.
