Durham highway closures and lane restrictions are scheduled across the region on Tuesday, September 15, according to Ontario 511.
The provincial list includes Highway 401 work in Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa and Clarington, plus restrictions on highways 7A, 12, 35/115 and 412.
Highway 401 restrictions
Eastbound maintenance is listed between Harwood Avenue in Ajax and Stevenson Road in Oshawa. Westbound work is scheduled from Stevenson Road to Salem Road and from Salem Road to Brock Road.
In Pickering, the westbound collector off-ramp at Whites Road is listed for a nightly full closure. Other nightly work includes express lanes near Brock Road and the westbound Brock Road on-ramp.
Oshawa drivers may encounter two alternating lanes closed in each direction between Ritson Road and Harmony Road.
Clarington, Whitby and north Durham
Highway 401 construction is listed between Liberty Street and Highway 35/115 in Clarington. Highway 412 maintenance is listed at Dundas Street West in Whitby.
Highway 7A work affects Port Perry, Highway 12 construction is listed in Brock, and longer-running restrictions remain near Pontypool, Nestleton and Bethany.
