The Downtown Whitby Christmas Market takes over Celebration Square on November 13 and 14. Durham Tourism describes a free, two-day gathering combining an outdoor market with live performances, seasonal treats and crafts.
The preview also includes trolley rides, Santa photos and visiting characters. Because the attractions may have their own schedules, check the Downtown Whitby BIA's current program before deciding when to arrive. Both dates already have individual entries on The Durham Calendar; they are retained rather than duplicated.
