Applewood Farm & Winery's holiday plans include a November 29 kickoff and a December 20 Christmas party. Durham Tourism lists the kickoff from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with live music, treats and drinks around the campfire; the winery's own page also confirms a November 29 Christmas market.
The farm's current notice warns that bridge work blocks access from the west and directs visitors to approach from Simcoe Road on the east. Check that notice before driving. December weekend visits and the December 20 party have separate arrangements, so do not assume the kickoff's hours apply to every date.
