The City of Oshawa has issued a noise exemption for the Halloween Boo Bash, a free community Halloween celebration in downtown Oshawa on Saturday, October 17.
The exemption runs from 11 a.m. to midnight. The event itself runs from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., according to the city’s notice.
The celebration will feature live music at the intersection of Mary Street and King Street, along with art installations, local vendors and diverse cultural experiences, the notice says.
