Three of the previously missing indigenous teen girls from Durham – Zoe, Jaelyn, and Brooklyn – were all located and returned home safely, police clarified.
Alanna remains missing at this time, a spokesperson for Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) told Durham Post.
“These females have all gone missing more than once and may appear to be habitual,” the spokesperson said.
Police clarified that there are no linkages between the females going missing as they are all separate incidents.
“Each disappearance is investigated individually as there is no commonality between these females going missing and being located each time, the spokesperson added.
Still Missing
The latest to go missing is a vulnerable 15-year-old female from Oshawa.
Alanna, age 15, was last seen on Tuesday, September 15 at about 11 pm, in the area of Harmony Road North and Greenhill Avenue in Oshawa.
Alanna is described as: female, indigenous, 15-years-old, slim build, red shoulder-length hair.

14-Year Old Missing
Police yesterday requested the public’s assistance in locating a missing vulnerable 14-year-old male.
Jeremiah, age 14, was last seen on Saturday, September 19 at about 8:50 pm, in the area of Monaghan Avenue and Thornton Road South in Oshawa.
Jeremiah is described as: male, Black, 14-years-old, approximately 5’9″ tall, with a slim build and medium length dark-coloured dreadlock style hair.
Anyone that knows the whereabouts of this male or that has any information is asked to contact police at 905-579-1520.
Found Safe
Meanwhile, Durham police also announced that three missing persons from Durham have been found.
It said a missing 73-year-old male has been located safe and sound. It did not give any descriptors or further details.
Police said a missing 14-year-old male from Pickering has also been located safe and sound, and a missing 25-year-old female from Ajax has been located safe and sound.
