Uxbridge home prices rose month over month in August 2026, with the average sale price reaching $1.19 million, according to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board data.
The average was up 3.6 per cent, or $41,141, from July. Compared with August 2025, it was down 0.7 per cent, or $8,299.

Sales and listings decline year over year
The number of sales was five per cent lower than a year earlier. Active listings declined more sharply, falling 16.3 per cent from August 2025.
The township entered the end of summer with fewer properties available to buyers, even as completed transactions eased. Average prices can move significantly in a smaller market because the mix of homes sold changes from month to month.
Attached houses averaged $1.13 million in August. That was up 9.3 per cent, or $95,600, from July and up 27.9 per cent, or $245,833, from a year earlier.
Only two attached homes sold during the month, after an average of 80 days on the market. Nine active attached-home listings were available at month’s end.
