Uxbridge home prices continued to trend upward in December 2025, reaching an average of $1.19 million, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
The average sale price increased 6.4 per cent, or $72,032, compared to November 2024, and rose 0.3 per cent, or $3,849, year over year from December 2024.
A total of 11 homes were sold during the month, with properties spending an average of 63 days on the market. At the end of December, there were 63 active listings, representing a 26.7 per cent decline in sales and a 10.5 per cent increase in listings compared to the same period last year.
Detached homes averaged $1.27 million, down 13.3 per cent month over month and 6 per cent year over year. Ten detached properties were sold, with 47 active listings remaining at month’s end.
Apartment-style condominiums recorded an average price of $425,000, declining 32.5 per cent month over month and 2.3 per cent year over year. One condo sale was recorded, with five active listings on the market.
Over the past decade, Uxbridge’s housing market has seen significant growth. Compared to December 2015, the average price for all housing types has increased 35.9 per cent, including a $391,283 increase for detached homes.
