Durham Region is inviting public and private sector partners to contribute to the area’s affordable housing efforts. The region’s At Home Incentive Program (AHIP) is offering $8 million in funding to developers who can build a minimum of five affordable housing units.
The initiative aims to support the creation of Affordable Housing Funding across Durham Region, helping to meet the growing demand for affordable housing.
Partners interested in participating can apply for the funding to help address housing shortages in the area and provide homes for low- to moderate-income families.
