The Pickering Halloween dance for residents aged 55 and older is scheduled for Saturday, October 17 at the Dorsay Community and Heritage Centre.
The City of Pickering and its 55+ Recreation Committee announced the event, which will feature music by Two for the Show. Organizers are inviting guests to wear costumes and take part in an evening of music and dancing.
Event runs from 6 to 9 p.m.
The dance will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. in the North and South banquet halls at the Dorsay Community and Heritage Centre.
Tickets cost $7.75 and must be purchased in advance. They will not be sold at the door on the day of the event. Sales are limited to 10 tickets per customer.
Tickets are available at the George Ashe Library and Community Centre, East Shore Community Centre, Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex, and Dorsay Community and Heritage Centre.
Debit and credit cards are accepted at the sales locations. Cash payment is available only at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex.
