A Pickering bus stop relocation is in effect on Glenanna Road while underground utility work takes place.
Durham Region Transit has moved stop 1915, Glenanna southbound at The Esplanade, about 200 feet north to the secondary bus bay. The temporary location will be used from October 6 through October 15.
Eight DRT routes affected
The relocation affects routes 112, 118, 121, 211, 900B, 916, 917 and 920B.
Passengers who normally board at the southbound Glenanna Road stop at The Esplanade should walk north to the temporary stop in the secondary bus bay during the work period.
DRT says the stop is expected to return to its regular location after October 15. The timing is tied to underground utility work and could change if the project schedule changes.
The Pickering bus stop relocation affects the stop location only; DRT did not announce route cancellations with the notice.
