The missing individual, identified as Tyrell, age 34, was last seen on March 4, 2026, in the area of Victoria Street West and Gordon Street in Whitby. Tyrell is described as a Black male, approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall, with a muscular build, short black hair and a goatee. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black and grey plaid pajama pants and light-coloured running shoes. Police believe he may be travelling on foot.
Investigators have indicated that Tyrell could possibly be in the Brampton area, although his exact location remains unknown. This has expanded the scope of the search beyond Durham Region, with authorities encouraging people in neighbouring communities to also remain alert.
