Clarington Highway 401 work will affect one alternating westbound lane between Highway 35/115 and Liberty Street during a new November 11–12 construction window, according to Ontario 511.

The provincial listing gives a start of 9 a.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2026, and an anticipated end of 3 p.m. Thursday, November 12. Record 251893 was last updated November 6 at 3:18 p.m.

A daily work window, not a full highway closure

Ontario 511 classifies the activity as daily construction and identifies one alternating lane. The multi-day start and end dates should not be read as confirmation that every westbound lane will close, or that the restriction will operate continuously overnight.

The reviewed record does not specify a detour. Drivers should check the live provincial listing before departure and follow posted traffic controls.

This later window is distinct from the previously reported November 4–5 work between the same highway endpoints.
