The 2027 Super Pet Calendar is now on sale for $15, with proceeds supporting services at the Uxbridge-Scugog Animal Shelter, according to a new Township of Uxbridge announcement.
The November 2 notice says the calendar features local pets across its 12 months. It gives residents in both municipalities several places to purchase a copy, including libraries and municipal offices.
Six places to buy a calendar
Copies are available at the Uxbridge-Scugog Animal Shelter, the Uxbridge Township Municipal Office and the Scugog Township Municipal Office.
The other listed outlets are Scugog Animal Hospital, Scugog Memorial Public Library and Uxbridge Public Library. The township specifies that purchases at Scugog Animal Hospital and Scugog Memorial Public Library are cash only.
The announcement does not set out payment methods for the remaining outlets. Buyers can check with their chosen location before visiting.
Previously reserved copies
People who reserved a calendar online will be contacted by staff with further details when their copy is ready for pickup, the township says. The notice does not give a single collection date for all reservations.
The 2027 Super Pet Calendar sale is a local animal-shelter fundraiser, rather than a new animal-adoption programme. The township says purchases directly support shelter services, but its announcement does not specify a fundraising target or a deadline for sales.
