Visitors to the new Oshawa location can choose from a wide variety of frozen treats, including gelato scoops, gelato bars, gelato sandwiches, milkshakes, soft serve, gelato cakes, and gelato pies. The menu features both traditional and innovative flavours designed to appeal to a broad range of tastes.
Some of the company’s signature offerings include Pistachio, Hazelnut Rocher, Mango Lychee Sorbetto, Saffron Cardamom Kulfi, Oreo Cookies and Cream, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, and Salted Dark Chocolate Chip. The shop also offers specialty desserts and beverages, including affogatos, mango lassi drinks, and Biscoff-inspired creations.
The company was founded by Parry, who pursued professional training in frozen dessert production before launching the business. His education included studies at the University of Wisconsin’s renowned Ice Cream Short Course and training alongside an Italian artisan gelato maker in the United States.
What began as a custom gelato food truck operating in downtown Toronto eventually grew into multiple storefront locations and a large production facility in Mississauga. The company’s continued expansion reflects increasing demand for premium handcrafted desserts across Canada.
