A Uxbridge fatal crash occurred on January 28, 2026, when a Subaru SUV left the road and collided with a tree. The incident happened around 6:35 p.m. on Regional Road 1, south of Foster Drive. Authorities believe the crash may have been caused by a medical episode.
The 41-year-old male driver from Uxbridge was transported to the hospital but was later pronounced dead. Durham police are investigating the incident.
