Police confirmed that a 53 year old man from Sunderland was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other men involved in the Port Perry Head On Crash were transported to hospital with serious injuries. A 32 year old man from Innisfil was taken to hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries. A 35 year old man from North York suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a regional trauma centre for treatment.
