Investigators from the Special Victims Unit are currently searching for a suspect who allegedly harassed both staff and customers on two separate occasions at a clothing store within the mall. The first incident occurred on March 26, 2026, when the suspect entered a clothing retailer located inside the shopping centre. According to police reports, while the man was using a changeroom in the store, he intentionally exposed his genitals to employees and nearby customers. Mall security was alerted to the indecent act and successfully escorted the man off the property. While no physical injuries were reported during this initial encounter, the brazen nature of the behavior put the suspect on the radar of local law enforcement.
Despite being previously removed from the premises, the Pickering sexual assault suspect returned to the same clothing store on April 2. During this second visit, the situation escalated significantly when the man allegedly sexually assaulted a female employee.
