Durham police are investigating an incident where Oshawa gunshots fired on January 22, 2026, led to an armed person being reported in an industrial area near Albert and Annis streets. Officers responded to the scene around 1 p.m. after shots were heard earlier that morning. Upon arriving, police discovered bullet casings, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.
