Wesley Hall is described as a white male, standing approximately five feet six inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds. These include the word “JASMINE” and a flaming eyeball on his neck, as well as a skull, Mickey Mouse holding a knife and severed head, and other markings on his arms and back. Additional tattoos include “WES”, a clown, a Chinese symbol, “JAZZY” on his right forearm, and “WESLEY” across his upper back.
Authorities say that the man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant GTA is currently serving a two-year sentence for several offences. These include possession of weapons for a dangerous purpose, uttering threats to cause death, three counts of theft under $5,000, public mischief, and two counts of failing to comply with an order. His current warrant was issued after he breached the conditions of his statutory release.
Police have indicated that Hall is known to frequent several locations, including London, Brantford, and the Greater Toronto Area, which raises concern for residents in Durham Region.
