Additional overnight closures are planned on Highway 401 eastbound near Harmony Road.
In Pickering, drivers will encounter nightly lane reductions between Brock Road and Whites Road, including closures affecting both collector and express lanes. Meanwhile, Ajax drivers should expect delays on Highway 401 westbound between Salem Road and Westney Road, where three right lanes will be closed overnight for roadwork.
Whitby motorists will also experience disruptions tied to the Durham highway closures May 9 schedule. Highway 412 northbound and southbound near Highway 401 and Highway 407 will have lane restrictions, including alternating ramp closures during nighttime construction hours.
