Oshawa Stabbing Incident : A 31-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing another woman multiple times in north Oshawa on Saturday night, February 21, 2026. Durham Police responded to an armed person call around 8:30 p.m. at a residence near Simcoe Street and Niagara Drive.
Upon arrival, officers found the victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. The woman was immediately taken to a Toronto trauma center, where she was reported to be in serious but non-life-threatening condition.
The suspect, identified as Chanille Pamela Blair, was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault. Blair was held for a bail hearing.
