Ajax condo towers could soon reshape the town’s skyline, as Ajax council is set to consider a proposal for three towers reaching up to 30 storeys during a statutory public meeting on February 17.
The proposed development is located at 10, 20 and 30 Blowers Crescent, near Salem Road and Kerrison Drive East. The plan includes a mixed-use podium shared by all three towers, with approximately 737 residential units and about 6,000 square metres of commercial space.
This proposal is one of three development applications scheduled for review that day. More detailed information will be made available in the council agenda, expected to be posted by Feb. 10 on the Town of Ajax website.
Residents interested in the Ajax condo towers project can participate in the public meeting either in person at Ajax Town Hall or by watching the live stream at ajax.ca/live. Those wishing to speak virtually must notify the clerk’s department in advance, while in-person speakers do not need to register.
