A proposed Ajax development could bring seven eight-storey mixed-use residential buildings to Rossland Road, pending approval from town council.
The Town of Ajax has confirmed that a developer has submitted plans for the construction of seven mid-rise buildings designed for mixed residential use. The proposal is currently under review as part of the municipality’s planning process.
To allow public input, the town will host a statutory public meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 1 p.m. The meeting will take place inside Ajax council chambers, where residents will have the opportunity to learn more about the Ajax development and share feedback.
Following the public meeting, Ajax council will review planning staff recommendations and community input before deciding whether the development can proceed or requires revisions.
Residents seeking additional details can access planning documents through the Town of Ajax ahead of the meeting.
