A Pickering subdivision proposal would create 13 detached-home lots at 3225 Fifth Concession Road in Ward 3.
869547 Ontario Inc. filed applications for a draft plan of subdivision, draft condominium plan and zoning amendment. The City stresses that the project is not approved.
The common-element condominium would place homes on two private roads. One would connect to Fifth Concession Road and the other to Sideline 4. Remaining land is proposed as open space.
Pickering lists studies on environmental conditions, wetlands, traffic, servicing, archaeology, sewage, geotechnical matters and slope stability.
Municipal staff will evaluate the proposal and consider public input. Residents can review the files and submit feedback through the City development page.
