Oshawa residents will have an opportunity to meet the city’s mayoral candidates at a ticketed reception following the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 mayoral debate.
The post-debate meet and greet is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 8, from 8 to 10 p.m. at Bond|St Snack Bar, 44 Bond St. E. in downtown Oshawa.
Reception follows the Oshawa mayoral debate
The Chamber says the reception is intended to bring candidates, business leaders and community members together for conversation after the debate. The debate itself is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. and is being presented by the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Central Lakes Association of REALTORS®.
The reception begins immediately after the debate. Appetizers are included and a cash bar will be available.
Tickets and early-bird deadline
Admission is listed at $35 for Chamber members and $45 for non-members. The organizer says buyers who reserve by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27 will receive a $5 early-bird discount automatically.
The event is a paid reception, separate from the preceding debate. Availability and registration status can change, so prospective attendees should check the official event page before making plans.
